The Role – a Project Inspirer is the pivotal role in the company, running major projects for a number of our clients and responsible for their design, delivery and quality. The role involves managing and working with a team of Inspirers in a matrix management approach. A team can comprise other Project Inspirers, Insight Inspirers, Insight Executives and Chief Inspirers (directors).

The Project Inspirer also needs to be able to build strong and enduring relationships with clients and become seen as an integral part of their strategic support. This role extends to identifying future client needs and proposing project solutions. This is a key development to achieving the next level at Catalyst of a New Business Inspirer.

The Experience – a rare breed who already has demonstrated in their career to date inspirational qualities. We want a leader, an initiator and someone with a very strong work ethic because this is a highly demanding role. To be a Project Inspirer you need to thrive on tackling difficult briefs with tight deadlines and enjoy the interaction with peers.

We are looking for someone who wishes to progress their career in a new and exciting direction and who wants to be a key part of our team.

You should have worked for at least 2 blue-chip companies and be relishing your next challenge. During that time you will have run complex projects and been responsible for significant brands. We expect you to have reached a minimum level of Group Brand Manager (in other words, a Marketing manager designate).
