The Role – an Insight Inspirer is a pivotal role in the company, running major insight projects for a number of our clients and responsible for their design, delivery and excellent quality. The role involves collaborating with a team of Inspirers in a matrix management approach. A team can comprise Project Inspirer (brand consultant), other Insight Inspirers (qual or quant), Insight Executive and Chief Inspirer (director).

The Insight Inspirer also needs to be able to build strong and enduring relationships with our clients and become seen as an integral part of their strategic support. This role extends to identifying clients’ future needs and proposing project solutions. This is a key development requirement towards the next level at Catalyst of Head of Insight Inspiration.

We want an initiator and someone with a very strong work ethic because this is a highly demanding role. To be an Insight Inspirer you need to thrive on tackling difficult briefs with tight deadlines and enjoy the interaction with both peers and clients.

We are looking for someone who wishes to progress their career in a new and exciting direction and who wants to be a key part of our team.

You should have worked in qualitative research for at least 2 highly respected agencies/consultancies and be relishing your next challenge. During that time you will have run and been responsible for complex projects with significant budgets. We expect you to have reached a minimum level of Senior Researcher/Planner.
